All your data with Public Administrations in the My Citizen folder
The Ministry of Economy and Digital Transformation makes the Pasta Meu Cidadão App available to you, which makes it easier for citizens to interact with Public Administrations in a simple and agile way from a single location.
With My Citizen Folder you will have, in aggregate form, your personal data and procedures carried out with the different Public Administrations.
The main features and functionalities you will find in the My Citizen Folder app are the following:
To start. Includes the notice and the number of pending electronic notifications and connects to the Enabled Single Electronic Address (DEHú) for consultation. In addition, it offers a summary of your personal situation, which you can customize with your preferred data, a summary of calendar alerts and appointments; and finally, shortcuts to your last accessed services and generated documents.
Calendar, to view your alerts on pending procedures with the Administration (DNI salaries, electronic certificates, Passport, Driving License, ITVs) and your previous commitments with different administrations such as for the issuance of documentation by the General Directorate of Police (DNI , Passport, TIE), immigration appointments, a large number of registration assistance offices from various ministries, all government delegations and sub-delegations, civil registries and judicial offices, and other organizations that will be incorporated progressively.
My folder, which gives access to:
- My data. Consultation of personal data from different state, regional and local administrations such as: your literal birth certificate, social benefits (paternity, maternity, retirement, minimum vital income, etc.), your properties and how to get to them, driver's license points , vehicles and MOT, qualifications of different levels, no criminal record, large family situation and disability, registration and residence history, degree of dependence, professional life, etc. In addition to consultations, in cases agreed with the competent body, this data can be downloaded in PDF format or in QR format to a wallet on the device. This section is constantly growing.
- My Documents. In this section you can directly access all receipts previously generated in the My Data section. These documents can be shared via a link and you can delete them at any time.
- My files. Check your files opened in different Public Administrations. It is currently linked to most of the bodies of the General State Administration, with 11 Autonomous Communities already linked and with multiple Local Entities.
Services, where you can submit a registration in the Electronic General Register, consult your powers granted and received in My Powers of Attorney and discover more public applications that may be of interest to you in the application search engine.
App Settings, to establish preferences, including email notifications and mobile notifications, from which you can customize when you want to receive notification (15 days in advance, one month in advance, etc.) for each calendar. You can access your space in my citizen folder securely using the credentials of the Cl@ve platform, [https://clave.gob.es](https://clave.gob.es/) used in electronic public services of most Spanish public administrations.
